    Leftovers at my house always look like…well…leftovers, or “let-downs” as one young friend used to call them. These look amazing. Very creative, as always–hence the challenge, I suppose.

    Wow, going through all of the posts, seems like all of us are pretty adept at using what’s on hand! Well done, crew, loved all the different interpretations of leftover and repurposing.
