Do you believe that with the close of this, our third Culinary Tour, we virtually visited 30 countries? And, we collectively presented 284 recipes along with fascinating stories (firsthand, factual and otherwise/fictional :)). There were lots of great photos too.

Importantly, bloggers and readers alike expanded their horizons and welcomed new cultures and traditions into their homes and blogs. And, we all made new friends.

To those of you who expressed sadness by this being the ‘final tour’, who knows? I said it was, but maybe not.

Culinary Tour Around the World • Panama • Blogger Round-Up

As the de facto tour planner and group leader, I’m very pleased with my group who gathered to visit Panama. Bloggers arrived from New York, Toronto, Vancouver, The Netherlands, Texas, Italy, Germany, Dubai and me from Fla-la-la. 🙂

Holiday Greetings, A Memory + New Year’s Resolutions

To all my readers and occasional visitors, thanks for your company and conversation this past year. It meant a lot to me.

I wish you and your families a joyous holiday season. I know it’s been a tough year for a lot of people, but I hope your hearts are filled with hope as we approach 2011.

The Statistics of Blogging for 2 Years

I let my second anniversary slip by without any fanfare. It’s not that I’ve become blasé about blogging; in fact, I devote a large amount of time and energy to FOODalogue. I nourish, caress and finesse it daily. I just didn’t associate the date (July 31) with its due importance. Tsk, Tsk.
