Creative Cooking Crew Challenge: The Mystery Basket Round-Up

What would you do if you were challenged to prepare a dish that included nut butter, vinegar, green apple and bacon?

Think about it. Could you pull it off?

Could you think out-of-the-box like the 13 members of the Cooking Crew who participated in this month’s challenge.

Feast your eyes on some beautiful, tasty and, of course, creative recipes.

Salad with green apple caviar and peanut butter snow by Christo of  Chez What?

An African-inspired cashew butter & bacon soup by  Tasty Trix.

Sriracha glazed bacon and apple sliders with coconut cashew spread by the team at Home Skillet.

  12. My first challenge out of three that I didn’t have to make the dish twice! I love being challenged to think out of the box and to see what everyone else comes up with, amazing how our minds work and everyone has a different take. Can’t wait to see April’s dishes!
