Good news! I’m going to be the FOODalogue representative at the Boca Raton Wine + Food Festival’s Grand Tasting. (You didn’t think I’d send someone else, did you?) This 5-event affair takes place over the November 9-11 weekend and it promises to be spectacular! Event details and video follow.
Dinner Under the Stars, Friday, November 9, 7:00 PM
An intimate # of guests enjoy a 4-course dinner in the cuisine of their choice which is prepared by local chefs and paired by 7 sommeliers.
Vineyard Party: Friday, November 9, 7:30 PM
Guests are greeted by a Sonoma and Napa Valley-like theme as they walk through the 1/3 mile vineyard to 20 food and wine stations. Each station will serve an array of cuisines with perfectly paired wines.
Perfect Pairings, Saturday, November 10, 10:30 AM
A tasting for the early birds.
Grand Tasting: Saturday, November 10, 6:00 PM
A variety of world regions are brought to life in a journey of tastes, sounds and visions. Guests dine their way around the world with about 100 chefs participating from the Tri-County area, finishing with a Sweet Endings Village.
During the Festival, guests will have access to live demonstrations, wine tastings (and craft beers), a shopping bazaar, a sensory garden, a farmers’ market, and a variety of entertainment.
