This is more formula than recipe. No strict adherence required. It makes a great lunch, side dish or summer buffet item.
Raw vegetables, fresh fruit, mixed herbs, sharp cheese, chopped nuts, salty olives, dressing (with a touch of sweetness) and lots of cracked black pepper.
raw corn, minced raw zucchini, minced green pepper,
cherries, nectarine, strawberries
chives, parsley, dill
(whatever you have around).
gorgonzola cheese, Kalamata olives, chopped almonds
extra virgin olive oil and white balsamic glaze topped with cracked black pepper
