watermelon, grape tomatoes, red bell pepper, peeled cucumber, red onion, garlic, almonds, toasted Italian bread, olive oil, sherry vinegar, salt, red pepper flakes – blend + chill well! Perfect poolside treat!

    Never thought of a watermelon and tomato combination, but it sounds good and refreshing, especially by the pool.

    in summertime I make liters of “normal” gazpacho, pour in bottles an store in the fridge.
    it is perfect for many occasions, friends dropping by, quick lunch, happy hour or midnight snack.

    this year…joan’s gazpacho!
    my kids will love this!! ( me and flo too!)

  22. it would definitely be a perfect treat – if i had a pool!! haha. so jealous you get to enjoy it poolside, but nonetheless, the recipe sounds fantastic. a lot of great ingredients (most of which i can probably get from my garden!). yay!
