As we leave Jamaica with this very colorful and delicious round-up of dishes, I note that we are only 3 stops away from the conclusion of this tour. Haiti, Cuba and Puerto Rico remain. I’ve been having a great time. Based on entries and comments, so are you!
Please stay to end of this post to see special message re H20pe for Haiti.
Val of More Than Burnt Toast in Vancouver is back with us after skipping a few stops and she brought along a Planter’s Punch and Jamaican Patties.
Next in was Andrea from Family + Food in Germany with Red Pea Soup.

Erica of My Colombian Recipes made a traditional Jamaican Rice + Peas dish using red beans.
Danielle of So Many Recipes in Chicago made Bob Marley’s Chargrilled Jerk Chicken with Cucumber Dipping Sauce.

In case you missed it, FOODalogue made Jerk Fish Fillet, Tropical Melange and Coconut Rice + Peas
And, we begin and end with beautiful drinks. Here’s Cinzia’s of Cindy Star (Italy) Planter’s Punch.
