Since I’m an infrequent dessert eater, I generally pass by the sweet or bakerty posts rather quickly without comment, but Erica of My Colombian Recipes did a rice pudding/flan/creme brulee that made me stop and linger and say “that’s very creative and probably very tasty.”
Mari of Once Upon a Table created a crustless zucchini quiche which caught my eye because of the presentation and the technique used to create these tall individual quiches.
And, great for the dog days of summer (or any day), I found these two watermelon recipes especially refreshing.
